Pacific College Job Announcement – Full-Time Faculty, Anatomy & Physiology/Microbiology Labs – NY Campus

Pacific College of Health and Science is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology Labs to BSN nursing students on the NYC campus.

Faculty will follow standard lesson plans and coordinate with the didactic faculty as necessary. Lab courses are one credit hour, which equals 30 hours over a 15-week semester. Faculty may also have the opportunity to teach didactic courses remotely in an asynchronous format.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in biology or related life or clinical science.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred, but willing to support colleagues wishing to include teaching as part of their career
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary Expectations:  $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 annually

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of the job in a typical office and/or lab environment. Able to work sitting or standing and operate a computer using keyboard and reading information on a monitor. Must be able to commute to the New York campus.
