Our online nursing programs focus on holistic and integrative healthcare coupled with student-centered, cutting-edge nursing classes. We are seeking talented student-centered faculty committed to integrative and holistic health who put kindness, compassion, and innovation at the forefront of their approach to teaching and who are passionate about co-creating an inclusive learning environment where all students feel like they belong.
We are currently recruiting faculty to teach both clinical and didactic courses for our pre-licensure BSN program onsite at our New York campus.
- Adjunct Nursing Faculty
- Full-time Nursing Faculty
The successful candidates will possess a holistic, integrative vision and the communication and leadership skills to create educational experiences that support student growth, self-care, and nurturing for our emergent Nursing programs. Â
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing. Earned doctorate (PhD, DNP, EdD) required for MSN Â
- New York state RN license (or eligibility for) required for all positions regardless of state of residence (NY is not a member of the Nurse Licensure Compact)
- Previous teaching experience preferred, but willing to support colleagues wishing to include teaching as part of their career.Â

Salary Expectations:
- Full-time Nursing Faculty: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 annually
- Adjunct Nursing Faculty: $90.00 per hour
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of the job in a typical office/workstation situation. Able to work sitting or standing at desk and operate a computer using keyboard and reading information on a monitor. Must be able to commute to the New York campus.
