Wim Hof Method: Breathing

The first pillar of the Wim Hof method is breathing. We’re always breathing, yet we’re often unaware of its tremendous potential. Heightened oxygen levels hold a treasure trove of benefits, and the specialized breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method unearths them all: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response that swiftly deals with pathogens.

Surf Orientation

Being in the ocean engenders a primordial connection with nature. There are many ways to induce the flow state, but perhaps none is more representative of the experience than surfing. The P3 surf experience encourages attendee participation at all levels of ocean experience. From an ocean swim to body surfing to body boarding to standing up on the board, there will be opportunities for everyone to learn and to enjoy.

Group Ear Acupuncture

Research on ear acupuncture shows that it stimulates a flood of beneficial neurochemicals that are associated with flow states of consciousness and the relaxation response. A simple, safe ear acupuncture session is a great way for participants to enter the flow state or deep relaxation with no effort on their part. Each afternoon during the long lunch break, you will have an opportunity to experience ear acupuncture in a comfortable group setting.

Bethany draws from her well known experience as a shark attack survivor, big wave surfer, and mother to provide insights that help us put fear in the proper perspective for peak performance.

Yang Sheng: Ancient Hacks for Performance Edge, Productivity, Creativity, and Inner Peace

Hacking the Qi, the brain, the neuro system, the metabolism for peak performance, personal resiliency and enhanced well-being is actually easy and inexpensive – AND, these hacks have been common knowledge for thousands of years.
