Krahn, Shelly, LAc

Shelly is a recognized and successful Oriental medicine provider, professor and supervisor at PCHS with over 25 years experience. She specializes in the treatment of gynecological issues, female and male-factor infertility, and both menopausal and post-menopausal issues. She has worked with many well-known fertility specialists in Southern California to provide stress-reduction to patients, as well as enhance their IUI or IVF procedure results. She has helped many couples achieve their dreams of having a family. She is currently utilizing Functional blood Chemistry in her practice with Traditional Chinese medicine. Her focus is on working with patients on dietary changes to have the best affect on fertility and general health. Shelly graduated in 1987 from the San Diego campus of Pacific College of Health and Science (PCHS), and passed her California boards in 1988. She is both State and Nationally licensed to practice acupuncture. She currently practices out of her office in Old Town as well as UCSD’s Women’s Health Specialty Services at Perlman’s Medical offices in La Jolla.
