Gould, Lili

After growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lili moved to Philadelphia in 1996 to attend Bryn Mawr College where she studied Art History and French. After graduation in 2000, her studies took her to Paris, France and then to New York City where she explored a career at the Museum of Modern Art in Manhattan. Deciding to enter the medical field, Lili then gained healthcare experience working for AmeriCorps and for a Philadelphia Aids Research Foundation. In 2003, Lili decided to attend Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego where she received her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Completing an additional one-year training in sports medicine acupuncture with the internationally renowned acupuncturist Matt Callison, Lili became a certified Sports Medicine Acupuncture Specialist in 2010. Currently, she is assisting in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture program and in PCHS’s Doctoral Program as an orthopedic specialist. Her studies and additional training in postural alignment and corrective exercises have created treatments for collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes including several San Diego Chargers. In her spare time, Lili enjoys yoga, running, meditation and exploring San Diego with her husband and two children. Lili’s diverse background helps her to gracefully blend together orthopedic rehabilitation and the energetic-intuitive aspects of Chinese Medicine in her acupuncture practice.
