Pacific Symposium 2000: It Just Keeps Getting Better! Pacific Symposium was once again an early sell-out for 2000, which many participants have dubbed the best program ever. First time speakers to the Symposium included Ana de Vedia, David Ford, Andrew Gaeddert, Cheng De Gu, Neil Gumenick, Jaung-Geng Lin, Nigel Wiseman and Angela Wu. And this Symposium featured more female speakers than ever before: nine of this years presenters were women. Heres what some of this years participants had to say about Pacific Symposium 2000: One of the best attractions of the Symposium is to hear very accomplished practitioners speak about their work. Lots of great choices good variety of opportunities, well organized, beautiful setting. Above all, thank you, thank you, thank you for ALL your hard work and efforts. Please keep the Symposium going. I have come to almost every one you have had, and always learn a lot. [Alex Tiberis workshop was] the best workshop I have ever attended. The information received was clear, well presented and easily applied to current practice. If you missed out this year, get your name on our mailing list for Symposium 2001 early by emailing symposium@pacificcollege.edu. When it comes to organizing Pacific Symposiums, we like to say: the best is yet to come! Pacific Symposium has become our industrys leader in bringing together the finest speakers and presenting a well-organized event in a beautiful setting. Pacific Symposium 2001 will continue that tradition with more speakers, more two-day workshops and more of your friends and colleagues from around the world!
